 Emerald City Harley-Davidson features one of the best-equipped Service Departments in the Northwest! We are extremely proud to offer the highest quality technicians to our customers. We employ 6 of the most highly trained and experienced Technicians that know your Harley-Davidson inside and out. Our 4 Master Certified Technicians have been awarded the “Master of Technology” ranking, which is the highest honor Harley-Davidson can grant. Our factory trained technicians have over 80 years of combined experience in repairing your Harley, who else would you trust to service your bike.

    PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
     

    We know your Harley-Davidson means a great deal to you and maintaining it means a great deal to us. As a convenience for our customers we offer a Pick-up or Deliver service. Your Harley-Davidson will be picked up or delivered by one of our friendly and professional drivers and it will be transported in an enclosed trailer to protect it from the elements.

    Pick-up or Delivery charges WAVED, if:
  • the bike is inoperable and within a 30 mile radius of the dealership. 
  • OR you're spending $1000 or more in service work. 

    • Regular pick-up or delivery charges:
  • $50 fee for one way transportation; if motorcycle is in a 10 to 50 mile radius of the dealership
  • Shop Hourly Rate** for one way transportation; if beyond 50 mile radius of the dealership

    • ** $105/hour, minimum one hour, drive times will be estimated using Google Maps.

    Note:This checkup feature is for Harley-Davidson motorcycles 1981 and newer and Buell® motorcycles 1994 and newer.
