"Never have I had such a pleasurable experience purchasing a vehicle of any kind, as I did purchasing my bike from Emerald City HD. I am middle aged and had never owned a motorcycle. From the moment I walked in the door, Frank, Andy, Lupe, Kim, George...everyone I encountered made me feel welcome and at ease. This was nothing like the high-pressure experience I had expected. Every member of the staff at Emerald City is very knowledgeable in their respective facets of the Harley world. They exhibit an enthusiasm for their work which is downright infectious. It was awesome. I still think he was even more amped than I was! Emerald City HD isn’t selling motorcycles as much as they are providing access to the Harley Davidson world. "The instant you walk in the door, the feeling of WELCOME is overwhelming. The greeters, (not vultures) make your presence known and put the customer in the riders seat. I came into the purchase with a different view of bike I was looking to ride, previously rode 2000 FLHR, thought in that direction again, but do to some serious what fits your needs now, zero pressure sales attitude from initially Andres, and Art (on follow up visit after seeing the competition), those two guys rock. "Recently purchased a new 2012 Heritage Softail, and what a great experience! Guy did a great job showing me the inventory, setting me up for test rides, and helping me pick the PERFECT bike for me. Once I'd chosen my ride, Phil found the exact configuration I was looking for at an out of state dealer. Phil was awesome! He had the bike shipped to the store for me, managed the accessory installations, and got everything ready. For me, email was the best way to stay in touch - and Phil delivered! I knew the status every step of the way. Within a week, the bike was ready to go, but only one problem - I was out of town on business! Never fear - Phil had my new bike delivered to my house, so it was waiting there when I arrived home from the airport. I wasn't home long enough to have dinner and I was off on my new bike. "our experience actually started in May of 2009 when we rented a Road King for my wife for our anniversary. Lee from the rental gave us 2 days for the price of one because it was our anniversary. My wife fell in love with the bike (and also complained that I looked at the bike more than her all day). Once the bike was returned, it was our goal to find this bike in the same color (antique pearl and teal). Not until November, 2010, when I walked into the dealership and Drew asked if he could help me? I said, "Only if you have a white and teal 2009 Road King Classic." And he responded, "I believe we do." He took me out back to the rental fleet and there it was - the exact bike that we rented on our anniversary. I then met Phil and began "active" negotiations with a fellow East Coaster. He was a tough negotiator but with a sense of humor and it was very enjoyable. Zane in the parts department had excellent knowledge of picking out the right performance parts for her motorcycle. The Road King Classic was my wife's Christmas present and I was able to surprise her with it. It was a no brainer to go back to them to replace my 1995 Ultra Classic with a brand new 2011 Ultra Classic. This time I was negotiating with Rich, Drew and Jay over a beer on their open house night. Had an excellent time. The guys made the whole experience entertaining and overall an outstanding experience. Zane again picked out the right performance parts for my motorcycle and I am very happy with the outcome. I would like to mention that Drew has been excellent at keeping us informed of all the events and activities that come up. They have made us loyal Lynnwood Harley Davidson customers."

"I would like to write to you about an outstanding employee you have on hand - I believe it's George in parts. Unfortunately this story is not directly related to Harley Davidson, but this story exemplifies the integrity of what I assume is one of your best employees. Several weeks ago my wife was loading the car and accidentally left her iphone on top of the car as she pulled away. A few minutes into her drive down I405 toward renton, she heard a bump. Once she reached her destination she realized that that "bump" was her phone falling onto the road. She called me to tell me her story, being that she was in the carpool lane I'd told her there might be hope that it fell to the shoulder and wasn't totally destroyed. Several weeks went by and we figured the phone was lost. Saturday night at around 7:00pm we got a text message from a woman saying she'd found the phone. We asked if we could meet up that evening to get the phone. When I arrived at the meeting location I was greeted by the smile of none other than George, who I understand is one of your employees. This has made a lasting impression on me, to the point that I intend to let the world know, George is an outstanding individual. In this day and age it is so so so rare to find people who have integrity and the courage to do the right thing. While this isn't directly related to your shop, I know that you know - employees who display integrity in their personal lives bring that integrity to the workplace and create a positive, healthy work environment. Please again pass on our thanks to George. He is great, and if we ever need any harley parts, we're headed to Lynnwood!"

"This is my first Harley (a 2011 Street Bob), and the experience at Lynnwood HD was amazing! When I arrived at the dealership I was met by Patt, who did an excellent job explaining to me the bikes that were available and finding out what I wanted in a Harley. He also set me up with test rides for several models to give me a good feel for each bike. It was cool to see all 4 bikes lined up for me to ride, one after the other. When it came to the numbers, I worked with Richard, Jason and Phil, and they were sincerely interested in getting me the best price possible. "I was on the road and one of my baffles in the mufflers broke and the other one was about ready to break too. This dealer only had one set of slip on mufflers that would fit my bike but these mufflers were pre-sold for someone else. They went the extra mile and located another set of mufflers in the local area and went ahead and sold me their only mufflers and installed them for me so I was back on the road in about 3 hours. "I was in Seattle recently visiting my son. I HAD to get a Harley t-shirt from Seattle! and found out the downtown store was closed down. My son looked up the dealers in WA and found Lynnwood. We rented a car that day to go sight seeing and then "stop by" the dealer to get a shirt for myself and my co-worker. Anyway, the store was closed!! It was a Monday. I ran in to a man (sorry, didn't get his name)in the parking lot, told him my story and that I was from Milwaukee. After a few minutes, he called someone, and the next thing I knew, I was shopping in the store!! "While riding home from work last week, I was low on gas with my gas light on and felt I could make it to my regular exit. Well almost to my exit my 08' Yamaha R6s started to putter and misfire, I basically ran dry on gas. I pulled over to the shoulder and started tried to call some friends to bring me some gas. Before I could arrange that another motorcyclist pulled over in front of me and asked if I needed help. When George found out I needed gas he brought it back but he would not accept payment or anything, not even 5 bucks. So for this I thank him and I would like to let everyone know this is one employee to be happy."

"I rode a little Kawasaki all over Michigan when I was 18 and loved the freedom of a motorcycle. As time went on, I moved to Washington (I did not transfer my motorcycle endorsement), got married, had a daughter, and didn't think about motorcycles much. Recently I was trying to find a less expensive way to commute and the idea of getting back on a motorcycle made sense. On my way home from the Licensing office where I got my endorsement back, I drove past Harley of Seattle and, literally on a whim, I stopped in. I have always liked Harley-Davidson, but never thought I would actually get one. The sales staff (Brent)was very helpful and I found a used Sportster that I liked. Then we took it outside and fired it up. From the second I heard that motor I was sold. I put it on hold, and three days later, my first Harley was in my garage. The whole experience was great. I would recommend a Harley-Davidson to anyone who wants a real bike, and I would recommend Harley-Davidson of Seattle to anyone who wants a Harley. "

"Was ready to buy Harley and had an old Honda for trade. Other dealerships did not want to take my trade or even returned my phone calls. Mark Sprinter from the Lynnwood dealership did. We took a day off mid week drove from Allyn to Lynnwood and are GLAD we did. Everyone throughout the process was terrific! We struck a deal, met all the people at the dealershi, who were great. Played poker along the way and my wife won a $175.00 gift certificate. We drove home with our 2005 Harley Davidson Sportster and got honked and thumbs up from passerbys. Got home unloaded the bike from our truck and went cruisin! The bike is awesome and we love it.
